6. The whole machine is controlled by PLC, and the electrical control system is controlled by frequency conversion technology. It can be set arbitrarily, with wide application range, simple operation, stable operation, easy to clean, easy to maintain and durable.
7. It has the function of automatic inspection of finished products. If the gasket is not inserted into the bottle cap or the reverse side of the gasket is inserted into the bottle cap, the inspection device will automatically remove the unqualified bottle cap to the defective area, so as to ensure the qualified rate of the bottle cap. 8. The machine is equipped with safety protection devices such as no bottle cap, no aluminum foil shutdown, etc. to realize humanized operation. (optional)
9. With automatic counting function, the number of bottle caps can be set to stop automatically, and the efficiency of follow-up work can be greatly improved.

Equipment structure composition:
Automatic capping mechanism: vibrate the capping, output the disordered caps, and make all caps face up;
Bottle cap conveying mechanism: the arranged bottle caps are orderly and accurately transported to the gasket capping mechanism;
Gasket into the cap mechanism: gasket into the cap, Yuancheng gasket into the cap action.
Gasket anti chip and no chip removal mechanism: automatically remove the reverse gasket or no gasket in the bottle cap to ensure that all the bottle caps are qualified products.
